The drone attack was allegedly repelled on the night of April 27. At the same time, in the Kaluga region, drones apparently “crashed near an oil depot.” The Russian Ministry of Defense reported this on Telegram.
The agency says 17 drones were “shot down” and “intercepted” during the night: nine drones were destroyed in the Bryansk region, three in the Kursk region, three in the Kaluga region, and two in the Belgorod region.
The governor of the Kaluga region, Vladislav Shapsha, said that the region under his control “tried an attack by drones.” He claimed that three drones fell near an oil depot in the city of Lyudinovo.
“No injuries or damages are carried out,” assured the Russian official.
As we have already written, drones attacked two Rosneft oil depots in the Smolensk region. According to media reports, these attacks were carried out by the SBU.
Earlier, the media reported that the Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works had been attacked. The oxygen station building there was destroyed.
