Every month the war against Russia costs Ukraine 5-6 billion dollars, US aid is not enough for everyone.
Ukraine spends 5-6 billion dollars per month on war. This number was announced by the head of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Samantha Power, DW reports.
He called such spending “nauseating” and even the $ 7.5 billion the U.S. administration is preparing to allocate as aid to Ukraine is not enough to cover the costs caused by the war.
“We know this money won’t be enough, we know more direct budget support will be needed in the future,” Power said.
Recall that the United States allocated approximately $ 5.6 billion for Ukraine’s security after Russia’s invasion on February 24. Recently, the Pentagon published the full list of weapons supplied to Ukraine.
