Russian occupiers fired at a functioning regional psychiatric hospital in Kharkov.

At about 00:40, the Russian army launched missile attacks on the Saltovsky district, the missiles hit the ground on the territory of the existing regional clinical psychiatric hospital. One of the rockets hit near the catering unit, and the other a few meters from the department, in which there were 60 patients and five staff. A 53-year-old woman was injured. The prosecutor’s office of the Kharkov region reported this on Telegram.
It is noted that about 1 thousand patients were treated in the departments of the medical institution. The building of the medical facility itself suffered destruction and damage. It is preliminary known that the enemy attacked with two S-300 missiles. They were launched from the territory of the Belgorod region of Russia.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on the night of April 27, the Russian occupiers tried to target a medical institution, in the buildings of which at the time of the attack there were 900 patients and 250 workers. Russian missiles hit the ground, and the blast wave damaged several buildings – windows were broken, roofs, power lines, water pipes and other utilities were damaged.
