Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba spoke about this in a conversation with the Guardian.

He explained that resuming US military aid after months of delay in Congress would not be enough to defeat Russia.
Kuleba also called on the West to increase arms production, as Ukraine has done, as Russia produces about ten times more weapons amid an air defense shortage in Kyiv.
