Drones attacked enterprises, oil depots and oil refineries in three regions: Lipetsk, Voronezh and Smolensk. Due to the attack, fuel and energy facilities are burning in the Smolensk and Yartsevo regions. This was announced by the Governor of the Smolensk region Vasily Anokhin.
Social networks write about a fire at the Smolensk oil refinery or oil storage facility – eyewitnesses heard at least four explosions.
Information is also spreading across the network about a fire at a refinery in Voronezh after being hit by drones. At the same time, local authorities claim that four UAVs were “shot down” and a “private house building caught fire.”
Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov reported on Telegram about the fall of a UAV in the industrial zone of the city of Lipetsk. The dictatorship’s representative traditionally did not report casualties and destruction. Social networks note that the Lipetsk Tractor Plant, which produces, in particular, chassis for military equipment, was attacked.
Let us recall that Reuters reported that Russia was able to quickly repair some of the key oil refineries attacked by Ukrainian drones. However, the capacity of Russian refineries, idle due to the attacks, fell to about 10% from almost 14% at the end of March.
