Over the past 24 hours, Air Force aircraft carried out strikes on 17 personnel concentration areas and one enemy anti-aircraft missile system. And the missile forces hit a UAV ground control station, an area where weapons and military equipment were concentrated, two areas where personnel were concentrated, an air defense facility and three other important enemy targets. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on April 24.
Over the course of 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 880 Russian invaders, destroyed 12 armored combat vehicles, 43 artillery systems, two air defense systems and two multiple launch rocket systems.
The enemy’s total combat losses from February 24, 2022 to April 24, 2024 were approximately:
- personnel – about 461 thousand 940 (+880) people,
- tanks – 7 thousand 242 (+1) units,
- armored combat vehicles – 13 thousand 928 (+12) units,
- artillery systems – 11 thousand 808 (+43) units,
- MLRS – 1 thousand 48 (+2) units,
- air defense systems – 771 (+2) units,
- aircraft – 348 (+0) units,
- helicopters – 325 (+0) units,
- UAV of operational-tactical level – 9 thousand 439 (+32),
- cruise missiles – 2 thousand 117 (+0),
- ships/boats – 26 (+0) units,
- submarines – 1 (+0) units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 15 thousand 892 (+47) units,
- special equipment – 1 thousand 944 (+8)
