Mrs. Ukraine in the USA Oksana Markarova reported this in a conversation with European Pravda.
I submit that there has been no official statement from the United States that we cannot do this. Yes, we cannot use American weapons outside of Ukraine. But I officially, as an ambassador, say that I have never once received signals about any restrictions on what we are doing with weapons of our own production,” Markarova said.
Also, commenting on the possibility of using Western weapons outside of Ukraine, Markarova recalled that the UN Charter gives us the right to protection in the form of strikes on the territory of the aggressor country.
We have restrictions from our partners who would not want their weapons to be used outside of Ukraine. But throughout Ukraine, including Crimea and all other occupied territories, we must destroy both logistics hubs and the aggressor’s troops,” the ambassador noted.
