The President of Ukraine announced a significant package of military aid from Great Britain, as well as new agreements with Denmark, which are helping to rebuild Ukraine today.
The President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, in an evening video message to the people on Tuesday, April 23, responded to the shelling of cities and villages in Ukraine and thanked all those fighting the enemy and helping the Ukrainian army in defense of the country.
“Today, Russian terrorists again hurt our life in Odessa, the cities and communities of the Dnieper region, Donetsk region, our region of Konstantinovka, Kharkiv, Nikolaev region, Kherson,” Zelensky said.
The President thanked everyone who saves the lives and health of Ukrainians affected by the Russian attack.
“Every day someone will save lives, put out fires, clear mines, help our people, our communities – in all regions of Ukraine, in every city, in all districts, no matter it is near the front or border. I thank the entire team of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, to all the employees of the National Police who take care of the people, to each and everyone who works in the emergency teams medicine,” said Zelensky’s address.
Zelensky put special emphasis on the work of psychologists, who will celebrate their professional holiday today.
