Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky stated this in an interview with the American television channel NBC.
He noted that he had recently been in this region and communicated with the Ukrainian military.
The fighters do not have enough equipment to fight Russian reconnaissance drones, which completely correct Russian artillery fire, and they also lack artillery shells, Zelensky emphasized. “I expect that we will be able to withstand that these weapons arrive on time, and we will be able to repel the enemy, and then defeat Russia’s plans for a full-scale counter-offensive in June.”
According to Zelensky, the enemy plans to mobilize a significant number of military personnel by June.
Russia wants to mobilize 300 thousand fighters by June 1. We are preparing for this,” he noted.
