The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is already working on new restrictions for those citizens who evade mobilization and military service. Minister of Justice Denis Maluska announced this on April 21 during a telethon.
According to him, the new restrictions will require military registration documents to obtain certain administrative services. Now officials are working on changes to their regulations.
Maluska noted that he has no doubt that the Cabinet of Ministers will “provide incentives” for Ukrainians who doubt the need to go to the front.
Various ministries are developing changes to Cabinet resolutions, changes in regulation, which will establish a prerequisite for the provision of certain administrative services to provide a military registration document,” the official said.
Let us remind you that on April 16, the President of Ukraine signed a law on improving mobilization, and on April 17 it was published in the official parliamentary publication “Voice of Ukraine”. This means that the law will come into force on May 18.
Conscripts and those liable for military service must update their data within 60 days after the law comes into force, that is, until mid-July 2024.
The provisions of the law regarding military transport conscription (mobilization of transport) will come into force in eight months, that is, from mid-January 2025.
