UAV attack: a fire broke out in another region of the Russian Federation

In the Kardymovsky district of the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation on the evening of Saturday, April 20, a fire broke out at a fuel and energy complex facility due to a drone attack, the SHOT Telegram channel reports.

It was learned that the attack took place around two o’clock in the morning. It is traditionally said that the drones were allegedly shot down, but their remains fell into a fuel and energy complex facility. Because of this, a container with fuel and lubricant caught fire. The Ministry of Emergency Situations is currently working at the scene.

There is no information about casualties.

It was also reported that the air defense allegedly shot down a UAV in the Tula region. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or infrastructure damage.

Before this, it was reported that a fire occurred at an electrical substation in the Bryansk region.

Also that night, as a result of a UAV explosion, the energy infrastructure in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation was damaged.
