On TikTok you can find videos where supposedly Ukrainian men film videos abroad on vacation and call themselves “evaders.”
For such content, “folk” songs were simultaneously created, the lyrics of which always contain the main message – praise of the “Uklan” people.
Such materials are usually accompanied by cheerful music and quickly gain large coverage and comments. Videos began to appear en masse in a short period of time, mainly from anonymous accounts. Their promotion on TikTok is carried out by organized groups working for Russia.
This kind of IPSO is a classic technology for splitting society, when on one side there are “defenders” and there are “evaders.” The goal of such enemy actions is to disrupt mobilization and increase tension in society due to internal confrontation, the GUR warned.
