The citizen’s representative intends to bribe the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
The case of a town representative who planned to bribe a high official has been filed in court. This was reported by the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
It was noted that the representative of the people will bribe the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine.
While the media is writing, we are talking about the people’s deputy Servants of the peoplemember of the anti-corruption policy committee Andrei Odarchenko.
It was established that the citizen’s representative made a proposal to the highest official to give him money for ensuring the adoption by the Interdepartmental Working Group of a decision on the allocation of funds from the fund for the elimination of consequences of an armed attack for the repair of university buildings, where the representative of the people continues to hold the position of rector (whose contract has been suspended). The proposed amount should be 8% of the funding amount.
Subsequently, the deputy gave the highest official a share of this illegal benefit in the amount of 0.39 bitcoins, which at the time of the transaction was equal to 10 thousand US dollars.
SAPO noted that the chairman of the State Agency for Infrastructure Rehabilitation and Development of Ukraine cooperated with NABU and SAPO and contributed to the investigation of illegal actions.
The representative of the people faces imprisonment for five to ten years with or without confiscation of property.
Let’s recall that the “servant” Andrei Odarchenko offered $50 thousand in cryptocurrency to the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction and Infrastructure Development, Mustafa Nayem.
As reported, the party public servant expelled MP Andrei Odarchenko from its ranks.
