President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky appointed former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mykola Tochitsky as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The corresponding decree was signed on April 15. This was reported on the website of the head of state.

Nikolai Tochitsky was born on September 22, 1967 in Vinnytsia region. Graduated from Kyiv State University. Shevchenko, as well as the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv State University. Shevchenko and the Geneva Center for Security Policy. Married, has two sons.
