Ermak has a new deputy – Zelensky signs a decree

    The head of the Presidential Office, Andrei Ermak, received a new deputy.

    President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky appointed former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mykola Tochitsky as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. The corresponding decree was signed on April 15. This was reported on the website of the head of state.

    To appoint Mykola Stanislavovich Tochitsky as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the document says.

    Nikolai Tochitsky was born on September 22, 1967 in Vinnytsia region. Graduated from Kyiv State University. Shevchenko, as well as the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv State University. Shevchenko and the Geneva Center for Security Policy. Married, has two sons.

    He began working in the Ukrainian diplomatic departments in 1993. He was the permanent representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, the ambassador of Ukraine to Belgium and Luxembourg. In September 2021, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

    Let us recall that on April 12, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment of Andrei Sibiga as First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. On the same day, the government agreed on the dismissal of Nikolai Tochitsky from the post of deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
