There was an influx of Ukrainians in the foreign branches of this state-owned enterprise who wanted to update their documents. This happened due to the requirement of the law on mobilization, because men will only be able to obtain documents if they have a military ID
The largest queues arose in Germany, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy and Turkey; an influx of Ukrainians wishing to renew their documents was recorded (the excitement is associated with the new law on mobilization, according to which men will be able to obtain documents only if they have a military ID).
In long queues, cases of fraud and manipulation began – some entrepreneurs were selling their place in the queue, time, coupons.
From April 15, reception of citizens abroad will be carried out only by appointment in the electronic queue. Registration is free and is carried out on the official website of the State Enterprise Document. The number of pre-registration coupons has been increased and user verification has been strengthened.
