The airports of Tehran and several cities in western Iran will remain closed until tomorrow morning.
Some airports in Iran have stopped operating. The stoppage will last for one day, the ISNA agency reported on Sunday, April 14.
Thus, the administration of Imam Khomeini International Airport in Tehran announced the cancellation of all flights at 6:00 on April 15.
It was noted that another capital airport, Mehrabad, as well as airports in other cities located in western Iran, in particular Shirazi, Kermani, Isfahani, Busheri and several other cities, have stopped operating .
Let’s remember that on the night of April 14, Iran fired more than 300 missiles and drones at Israel, 99% of which were intercepted by air defense forces. Israel has opened its airspace after the Iranian attack.
However, Tehran called its attack “successful” and warned Israel not to retaliate.
