In the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military repelled 36 attacks by Russian aggressors in the direction of Bakhmut and inflicted many heavy blows on them. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this in its morning report on Sunday, April 14.

In total, 76 military clashes took place yesterday. The enemy launched 1 missile and 109 air strikes, carried out 115 shelling from MLRS on the positions of our troops and populated areas.

The air strikes hit 25 communities in six regions. More than 110 communities in nine regions are under artillery fire.

In the direction of Kupyansky and Limansky the enemy took no offensive actions.

In the direction of Bakhmut our soldiers repelled 36 attacks in the areas of Belogorivka settlements in the Lugansk region; Verkhnekamennoe, Vyemka, Spornoe, Razdolevka, Ivanovskoe, Novy, Opytnoe, Kleschievka, Andreevka, Donetsk region.

In the direction of Avdeevsky The Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled nine attacks in the areas of settlements of Novokalinovo, Novobakhmutovka, Berdich, Tonechko, Pervomaiskoye and Nevelskoye.

In the direction of Novopavlovsk The defense forces stopped the enemy in the areas of Georgievka, Novomikhailovka, Urozhaynoye, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops 22 times.

In the direction of Orekhovsky Six times the invaders attacked the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of ​​Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region and northwest of Verbovoye, Zaporozhye region.

In the direction of Kherson the enemy did not abandon the intention to expel our units from the bridges on the left bank of the Dnieper. In the past 24 hours, the enemy has made three unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our troops.

At the same time, our soldiers continue to actively inflict losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment. The Defense Forces aviation carried out strikes on 11 areas where personnel, weapons and military equipment are concentrated, a control point, two ground control stations for drones and an enemy anti-aircraft missile system.

Units of the missile forces caused the defeat of two areas of concentration of personnel and two air defense systems of the enemy.

We remind you that in one day on April 12, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 1,030 Russian invaders. The total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the war has exceeded 450 thousand military personnel.
