The Ukrainian military continues to contain the pressure of Russian invaders at the front.

During April 13, 76 military clashes took place in the combat zone. The enemy carried out more attacks in the Bakhmut direction – the defenders repulsed 36 assaults in the areas of Belogorovka, Luhansk region, Verkhnekamensky, Vyemka, Sporny, Razdolevka, Ivanovsky, Novy, Oprosny, Kleshchievka and Andreevka, Donetsk region. This is stated in the morning report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for April 14.
It was also difficult in the Novopavlovsk direction. The enemy tried to break through the Ukrainian defense 22 times in the areas of Georgievka, Novomikhailovka, Urozhaynoye, Donetsk region. And in the Avdeevsky direction, nine attacks were repulsed near the settlements of Novokalinovo, Novobakhmutovka, Berdich, Tonechko, Pervomaiskoye and Nevelskoye.
Six times the enemy advanced in the Orekhovsky direction – they attacked in the Staromayorskoye area of the Donetsk region and north-west of Verbovoye, Zaporozhye region. Three more unsuccessful enemy attacks were carried out in the Kherson direction.
The defense forces not only defended themselves, but also struck back. In particular, Air Force aircraft attacked 11 areas where personnel, weapons and military equipment were concentrated, a control center, two UAV ground control stations and a Russian anti-aircraft missile system. And the missile forces hit two areas where personnel were concentrated and two enemy air defense systems.
Let us recall that the Financial Times reported that in the summer the Russian army may try to move forward in four directions – Donetsk, Kherson, Lugansk and Zaporozhye regions.
