Two explosions occurred in occupied Lugansk on Saturday, April 13.

A column of smoke could be seen above the regional center. There were visits to the local engineering plant. Militants of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic also claim that they allegedly hit the territory of the bus station. This was reported by the Donbass News publication.
The occupation administration announced nine casualties – seven factory workers and two residents living near the plant. The head of the LPR terrorists, Leonid Pasechnik, admitted that they planned to launch this plant soon.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has not yet commented on the events in Lugansk.
