The adopted Law of Ukraine “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on certain issues of military service, mobilization and military registration” provides that the following categories of applicants and education workers are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization for a special period:
- applicants for vocational (vocational), vocational higher and higher education who study full-time or dual-time and receive a level of education that is higher than the previously received level;
- scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of institutions of higher and vocational higher education, scientific institutions and organizations with a scientific degree, and teaching staff of institutions of professional higher education, vocational education, institutions of general secondary education, provided that they work in the relevant institutions in their main place work of at least 0.75 rates.
