Polish President Andrzej Duda wished Vladimir Zelensky to come to the next summit in a suit. He announced this on April 11 at the Three Seas Initiative summit.

But I believe, Vladimir, that you will be able to arrive in a suit as the president of a country that is no longer at war, as the president of a country that has returned to stability and restored peace and quiet,” he added, addressing Zelensky.
This is my wish to you from the bottom of my heart for the entire society and people of Ukraine. We really need peace in this part of Europe. And I sincerely believe that we will have it when we become stronger,” emphasized Polish President Andrzej Duda.
Let us remind you that from February 24, 2022, the Ukrainian president appears in public in Ukraine and abroad, including at international events, exclusively in khaki (military) clothes.
In addition, Duda recalled that Poland could supply Ukraine with Soviet-made anti-aircraft missiles.
Today, during a bilateral meeting, President Volodymyr Zelensky and I discussed certain stockpiles of missiles that we still have from Soviet times. And we discussed the possibility of transferring them to Ukraine in order to provide air defense for Ukraine. “I will talk to my defense minister when I return to Poland,” he said at a briefing in Vilnius.
He noted that the Patriot systems stationed in Poland were deployed by the US Army. And we also have systems deployed by the British Armed Forces in Poland.”
And let me also remind you that of all the states neighboring Ukraine that experienced a Russian invasion, it was Poland where the Russian missile did damage and landed. And it is in Poland that Russian missiles are violating our airspace, Duda added, emphasizing that Poland is also under the threat of a Russian attack.
The President of Ukraine recalled that Kyiv needs to protect our cities from Russian attacks. Zelensky in Vilnius called on the world this year to concentrate all its potential “on protecting both Ukraine and the independence of every nation bordering Russia,” since Moscow’s threats “cover the entire space from Europe to Kazakhstan.”
Today I spoke exactly about this at our summit. And the first is air defense. We need the protection of Kharkov, Odessa, Nikolaev, Zaporozhye and all our other cities from Russian attacks,” he emphasized.
Zelensky thanked the leaders who expressed their readiness to help obtain air defense systems.
They exist in the world and must protect life,” the president noted.
