In the Zaporozhye direction, fighters of the 3rd assault detachment of the Omega Special Purpose Center conducted a successful night hunt for the enemy. The commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Alexander Pivnenko, announced this on April 10 in Telegram.
It is noted that in one of the settlements the Russians occupied the basement of a completely destroyed building. The Omega special forces group went to destroy the enemy.
The invaders did not even expect that the guards would boldly approach at point blank range. The NSU soldiers were able to do this thanks to the coordinated work of aerial reconnaissance, attack aircraft and a fire support group.
The guardsmen threw grenades into the basement of the building, and destroyed the remnants of the enemy infantry trying to escape with small arms.
Let us remind you that recently, in the eastern direction, fighters of the 1st assault detachment of the Omega Special Purpose Center destroyed an enemy assault group that was trying to attack Ukrainian positions. The enemy unit was eliminated from the Corsair anti-tank missile system.
