Units of the Russian Freedom Legion, the RDK and the Siberian Battalion, which include Russian citizens, crossed the border of the Russian Federation on March 12, taking part in battles with Putin’s army.
The soldiers of the Russian Volunteer Corps (VRC) have completed the hot phase of the operation on the territory of Russia. This was stated on Sunday, April 7, in a statement by the Russian Volunteer Corps on its Telegram channel.
“The hot phase of limited military operations has ended, and although our DRG groups and sleeper cells remain in the region, the time has come to honor the memory of our fallen soldiers,” the RDC said. .
In particular, RDK fighters in pseudo-Teren, Wolf, Bashmak and Tolyan died in battles with the Russian army.
It is indicated that in addition to participating in the invasion of the territory of the Russian Federation, Teren was a participant in the operation to hold the “road of life” in the direction of Avdeevka.
The RDK emphasized that the end of the “hot phase” of their aggression does not mean that Putin’s soldiers on the territory of the aggressor state can breathe easy.
In March, the Russian Volunteer Corps, along with two other units, entered the border with Russia and took control of several settlements, especially in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
Fighting on the territory of the Russian Federation was accompanied by attacks on Belgorod. As the volunteers said at the end of March, within Belgorod alone, since the beginning of the operation, 452 Kremlin mercenaries were killed, and another 784 were wounded.
Let’s recall that the Russian FSB announced the “detention of seven followers of the Russian Volunteer Corps in Moscow.”
