We are talking about the Kharkov and Bogodukhovsky districts – the so-called Zolochevsky direction.
We are talking about those settlements that are constantly under enemy fire,” said the head of the Kharkov OV Oleg Sinegubov on April 7 during a telethon.
He also emphasized that recently there has been a change in the tactics of enemy shelling: systematically, day and night, repeated strikes are carried out on one location.
Regarding power supply: planned blackouts are currently in effect. There is a shortage of capacity. But there is no threat of a large-scale blackout across the city yet.
Earlier in the Sumy region, a forced evacuation of children was announced in two communities.
