The police have initiated criminal proceedings into the abduction of a 14-year-old boy in the Odessa region.

Earlier, Bessarabia Inform reported that in the village of Priozernoye, people in military uniform pushed a teenager into a minibus. There he allegedly suffered a beating, and when the men found out his age, the guy was dropped off at the entrance to another village. The Odessa Regional TCC reported that an internal inspection is currently underway.
“Public” writes that the incident occurred on April 2: then a 14-year-old boy was walking along the main street of the village when a minibus stopped nearby. Three men in military uniform and with balaclavas on their faces came out. They allegedly pushed the child inside the bead, where they beat him and tied his hands.
When the attackers realized that the guy was underage, they fired him, threatening him not to tell anyone about his abduction.
However, the village finally learned that the teenager had been kidnapped and reported to the police. Law enforcement officers recorded the testimony of a guy who complained of pain in his body, and also found eyewitnesses to the abduction.
The regional Territorial Acquisition Center commented on the incident with a teenager in the Izmail district, Intent writes.
An internal investigation is being carried out regarding the situation with the accusation of TCC and SP employees in the detention of a minor in the Izmail district. All the circumstances of the incident are being carefully studied, the command has provided maximum assistance to law enforcement agencies acting as part of the investigation of the offense under Part 1 of Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, information about which is included in the ERDR.
