On the night of April 6, air defense in the southern regions worked for five hours. The enemy attacked with attack UAVs of the Shahed-131/136 type from the south. It was possible to destroy 14 drones – seven in the Kherson region, three each in Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk, and one more in the Nikolaev region. The Southern Defense Forces reported this on Telegram.
However, the hit could not be avoided. The enemy hit an agricultural enterprise in the Kherson region. The resulting fire was quickly extinguished, and no people were injured.
The head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, Natalya Gumenyuk, said on the telethon that the attack was very concentrated in the direction of the Kherson region. She emphasized that this is very untypical, because the Kherson region is a front-line region.
