It will be discussed in the Verkhovna Rada on April 10-11.
The version submitted by the government states that “evasion of conscription for military service upon mobilization (including refusal to undergo a medical examination) is punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to five years.”
The Verkhovna Rada can still exclude this provision from the bill. Will look at it next week
The TCC will call 25-year-old conscripts to update their data, undergo military training and transfer to the status of those liable for military service, the General Staff reported on April 5.
Earlier, the President of Ukraine signed a law lowering the conscription age from 27 to 25 years. The Rada voted for this law in May last year.
