At the same time, Taiwan’s Foreign Minister Joseph Wu said that “the atrocities in Bucha are war crimes that it is important to condemn and punish those responsible.”
“Taiwan will continue to support the Ukrainians and assist in the recovery,” he stressed.
Fedoruk and Joseph Wu reportedly discussed ways and possibilities for the restoration of the Bucha community, which had suffered because of the war in Russia.
Fedoruk thanked Taiwan for its support and important position.
Earlier, Bucha mayor Anatoly Fedoruk said the protesters had killed 403 local residents. The occupiers raped children and the elderly, and today the military is still searching for the bodies of the tortured people. A group of women and girls hid in the basement of a house for 25 days and raped.
Earlier, police reported that 461 people had died in Bucha. And in the Buchansk region, the occupiers killed more than 1,130 civilians.
