The wreckage was found near the village of Etulia, Vulcanesti district, 500 m from the border with Ukraine.
It is noted that access to the area where the drone debris was found was limited. The wreckage is currently being analyzed by specialists who have not yet identified any risks.
For the first time, the wreckage of the Shahed in Moldova was discovered on February 11, 2024, also near the village of Etulia. Then among the wreckage there was a warhead of approximately 50 kg of explosives. On February 17, fragments of the Shahed were again discovered in the same area.
