So, in accordance with the Decree of the President of Ukraine 149/2024 “On the transfer to the reserve of military personnel of immediate military service”, now the transfer to the reserve of military personnel whose military service has expired during martial law, and where military service was extended beyond the prescribed deadlines, began. The demobilization will last until the end of May.
The head of state ordered the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Defense to organize the transportation of military personnel in compliance with security requirements and to carry out payments for these transportations in accordance with current tariffs.
