The Ministry of Digital Development said that Ukraine will continue to use Starlink, and invaders will be limited as much as possible to it.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov said that Ukraine has found a way that will help significantly limit the ability of the Russian military to use Starlink terminals. Fedorov said this in an interview with Welt, published on Monday, April 1.
He said that the use of these terminals by invaders is not widespread.
“Ukraine will continue to use Starlink, and the Russians will be as limited as possible here. The necessary decisions have been made. We will see the result in the near future,” emphasized Fedorov.
The minister noted that the aerospace company SpaceX is in contact with Ukraine and always responds quickly to problems. He also believes that the American billionaire Elon Musk is on the side of Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian front started using Starlink terminals. Later, GUR confirmed the data and published the evidence.
GUR believes that the enemy receives Starlink terminals through third countries thanks to so-called parallel imports.
Billionaire Elon Musk also responded to the situation. He assured that his company SpaceX does not sell Starlink terminals to Russia, either directly or indirectly.
