The press service of the Khmelnytsky region police reported this today, April 1.
An enemy shell in the Shepetivka region was shot down by air defense forces while confronting another attack by the aggressor country. Its dangerous part did not detonate and fell near one of the villages of the Polon Territory, which posed a significant danger to local residents, the report says.
Police specialists eventually neutralized the explosives right at the crash site.
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, specialists from the explosives service of the GUNP in the Khmelnitsky region have already made more than 250 trips to neutralize the remains of missiles and drones with which the enemy is attacking the Khmelnytsky region.
