The territorial center for recruitment and social support in the Volyn region placed about 8,000 mobilization evaders on the wanted list. This was stated by the press officer of Volyn TCC and JV Ulyana Kravchuk in a commentary on Public Interactive Television.
“There are already a million people who have come voluntarily, and it is unlikely that in any other country there will be so many volunteers ready to defend their Motherland. However, not everyone fulfills their constitutional and civic duties, and now has about 8,000 people. wanted in the Volyn region,” – he said.
All 8,000 draft dodgers are included in the electronic registry of persons liable for military service Obereg as wanted because they did not show up at the TCC when called or ignored the summons.
For this they face a fine of 50 to 100 tax-free minimum income of citizens (850-1700 Hryvnia). For repeated offenses, the fine will increase to 3400-8500 hryvnias or one year of correctional labor. Ignoring a mobilization order is punishable by 3 to 5 years in prison.

In Volyn, a woman was tried for leaving the places where summonses were handed out. A resident of Lutsk received 5 years in prison with a probationary period of 2 years.
