In Kahlsdorf, Austria, a package of explosives was found in a community of Jehovah’s Witnesses. It was reported yesterday by the dpa agency that has to do with the police.
Law enforcement officials noted that the package could “potentially cause significant harm.” He was found at the entrance of the building where the community meeting was being held. A total of 50 people were present.
Police cordoned off the area and seized the package. The operation continued throughout the night.
“It is a non-standard, homemade, but basically functional explosive device,” said a police spokesperson.
It is noteworthy that last year in Austria there were already two incidents of explosives in Jehovah’s Witnesses organizations.
Earlier in Austria, a policeman was forced to explain the letter Z on his helmet. The incident took place in Vienna during the Christmas celebration.
Austria has declared two diplomats from the Russian Federation persona non grata
