The press service of the Ministry of Economy reported this today, March 29.
It is noted that some of these resolutions were adopted during the times of the RSFSR.
The Government made the decision to implement the Action Plan to improve the conditions for doing business in Ukraine at a meeting on March 29, 2024, the statement says.
In particular, from a number of resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers, the requirement to put stamps on documents that entrepreneurs submit to government authorities was excluded, if such a requirement is not established by law.
By law, the use of seals became voluntary 10 years ago. However, the relevant requirements remained in the by-laws. With today’s decision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine brought government acts into compliance with the law, noted Deputy Minister of Economy Alexey Sobolev.
“He also canceled virtually inactive, outdated decisions, some of which were adopted during the USSR and, obviously, have long lost their relevance,” he added.
It is noted that earlier, as part of the deregulation reform, the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Accelerated Review of Instruments for State Regulation of Economic Activities reviewed more than 1.3 thousand regulatory instruments for business. Of these, 584 are recommended to be simplified, 456 to be cancelled.
