In October 23, the Russian army adopted a new development – the 2S40 Phlox self-propelled gun based on the Ural truck. The “Muscovites” dubbed this product the “Russian Archer” and pompously sent it to the front.
The other day, near Bakhmut, soldiers of the Signum 93 Separate Brigade strike UAV unit discovered and destroyed this Phlox using a night FPV drone.
The next day after sending, one was already hit in the Kherson region with an FPV drone.

There are no objective monitoring personnel to assess the consequences of a hit. Probably, the warhead of the drone could damage the artillery part of the installation or cause a fire.
“Military” writes that the self-propelled gun, in theory, was hit close to the line of combat, given its maximum firing range of 8 km with conventional 120 mm mines.
The 2S40 Phlox is a Russian self-propelled wheeled artillery unit with a 120 mm mortar-howitzer-gun, designed to suppress enemy personnel, weapons and equipment.
