As the KMVA reported, the reason for this was statements by Russian Nazi leaders about their intentions to increase the number of missile attacks aimed at civilian objects and civilians in Ukraine and Kyiv, in particular.
This is confirmed by missile strikes using Zircons. In Kyiv, attempts are expected to be made by enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups to penetrate into the city, attracting agents of the Russian special services and other hostile elements to destabilize the situation in the capital.
According to Sergei Popko, head of the KMVA, taking this information into account, the Kyiv Defense Council made several decisions.
The authorities will urgently work on issues of holding events in the city of Kyiv that involve attracting a significant number of people. Regulatory and administrative documents on the life of citizens of the capital regarding the operation of public transport, sports, cultural, educational, medical, entertainment events, as well as in crowded places will also be reviewed.
Security and military structures in the capital will increase attention to crowded places and ensure compliance with public security and order in the capital.
The city will increase its focus on the issue of permanent access to shelters and the readiness of invincibility points for use.
Separately, social networks will be monitored for the spread of disinformation, provocations and other information aimed at destabilizing the situation in Kyiv.
