In the Vinnytsia region, additional restrictions have been introduced for men to cross the border.

Men from 18 to 60 years old were prohibited from approaching the border with Moldova, the Mogilev-Podolsk border detachment of the State National Security Service reported. Corresponding bans were introduced in several districts of the Vinnytsia region.
The presence of citizens on the banks of the Dniester River in settlements adjacent to the state border, outside their own households at a distance of less than 30 meters from the water’s edge: from April 1 to September 30 – from 23.00 to 5.00 hours; in the period from October 1 to March 31 – from 20.00 to 6.00, the message says.
Exceptions: local residents and their relatives/friends, employees, students, land owners traveling in transit with the appropriate documents.
Border guards said that within the Yaryshevskaya, Mogilev-Podolskaya, Yampolskaya, Student territorial communities of the Mogilev-Podolsk and Tulchinsky districts of the Vinnytsia region, the entry of males aged 18 to 60 years is prohibited, including for the purpose of tourism, recreation and fishing.
Persons who have land plots in the corresponding territory, live or study there are allowed to cross the border, but on the condition that they have the appropriate documents.
The entry of men from 18 to 60 years of age is also prohibited, including the specified strip of terrain using regional and rural roads of local importance.
The restrictions do not apply to representatives of military forces, border guards, law enforcement agencies and other government officials.
