“Children in Kiev ran for cover at 10:30 in the morning when deadly Russian ballistic missiles were fired over the capital by air defense systems. There are no atrocities that Russian bastards will not commit, including an attempted ballistic strike in the heart of a city of many millions,” he wrote.

Kuleba stressed that today’s shelling is a reminder that Ukraine urgently needs improved air defense, including Patriot systems and missiles capable of repelling any Russian attack.
