In Kharkov the situation is very difficult. More than 200 thousand subscribers – apartments and houses – in the city and one of the regions of the region without a stable power supply, there are quite strict electricity schedules. Local authorities, all services, and the government clearly understand the terms and technical basis for normalizing the situation, President Zelensky said in his evening address to Ukrainians.
In other regions, electricity supplies to all consumers have been resumed.
Stabilized blackouts have returned in Odessa due to increased electricity consumption during peak hours.
Emergency power outage schedules are being introduced in Krivoy Rog. Hospitals, pumping stations and other critical infrastructure facilities will switch to generators, said the head of the Defense Council, Alexander Vilkul.
The head of Ukrenergo, Kudrytsky, said that due to the latest massive combined attacks from Russia, the Ukrainian energy system suffered losses of at least 100 million euros. We are talking only about high-voltage equipment of the enterprise.
He noted in particular that if it were not for preliminary preparations for the predicted Russian strikes on the energy sector, the damage could have been twice as great.
