We are talking about the potential of management personnel, its competent and reasonable redistribution, said the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky said that some groups of troops will be reformed. He wrote this on his Facebook page on Friday, March 22.
“First of all, we are talking about the potential of management personnel, its competent and reasonable distribution,” said the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Syrsky, the optimization of military organizational structures directly involved in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation continues.
Provisional military command bodies and areas of responsibility of military groups during the 10 years of the war were formed and changed in accordance with the operational situation and current challenges.
Current organizational measures are carried out based on combat experience. Their main goal is to simplify and maximize the quality and efficiency of management.
“One of my priorities is to establish a process of personnel rotation of combat brigades. In particular, some military units are engaged in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation from the first days of a full that invasion,” Syrsky noted.
He also considered it important to pay attention to the issues of rest for soldiers, replenishment of weapons and military equipment, and restoration of the combat effectiveness of the brigades as a whole.
“This process has already been launched, and in the future it will only increase,” assured the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
We remind you that within two months of the recruitment project for the Armed Forces of Ukraine initiated by the Ministry of Defense, there were more than 50 thousand reviews of posted vacancies.
