The carrier said that it is activating the “iron safety net” rule: those passengers who do not make it on time for their Ukrzaliznytsia flight due to the closure of Polish routes can take another train from Przemysl, Lublin and Chelm to Ukraine within 24 hours using the same tickets for your missed flight.
This option is available for the following trains:
- No. 768 Warsaw – Rava-Ruska (landing possible in Lublin);
- No. 32 Przemysl – Zaporozhye;
- No. 52 Przemysl – Kyiv;
- No. 716 Przemysl – Kyiv;
- No. 706 Przemysl – Kyiv;
- No. 90 Przemysl – Kyiv;
- No. 94 Chelm – Kharkov;
- No. 24 Chelm – Kyiv;
- No. 20 Chelm – Kyiv;
- No. 120 Chelm – Dnieper.
Ukrzaliznytsia said that they cannot guarantee free seats in the required class, but we will do everything possible to comfortably accommodate additional passengers and take them home on schedule.
Train traffic between Poland and Ukraine occurs as usual.
Let us remind you that on March 20, Polish farmers completely blocked the movement of buses and trucks through the Medika-Shegini checkpoint, but they also do not allow cars through. They plan to prevent buses and trucks from entering or leaving Poland until 20:00.
