The largest 5 areas in terms of the number of measures required to complete the reforms are the energy sector, human capital, the judicial system, and the fight against corruption.
On March 18, the government approved Ukraine’s Facility reform plan, and today, March 20, Prime Minister Denis Shmigal forwarded this plan to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
Overall, Ukraine’s reform plan covers 15 areas.
The top 5 areas in terms of the number of measures needed to complete reforms are the energy sector (17), human capital (16), the judicial system (15), and the fight against corruption (11 ).
The fifth place is shared by places with 10 steps. These are the green transition and environmental protection, the agricultural sector, the business environment, and public finance management.
Reforms in Ukraine’s Facility Plan are divided into three main blocks: basic reforms, economic reforms and key sectors.
