The center will not issue summonses, but will provide consultations about vacancies in the army and full support for appointment to a position.
The center will operate as an advisory and information office, which, if necessary, will provide support for the enrollment of those wishing to join the Defense Forces, the Ministry of Defense reports.

The center will have two civilian employees who cannot issue summonses for mobilization, so their function will be purely communicative.
The first recruiting center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine began operating in February of this year in Lviv. During the first month of its work, about 300 people applied there. About 50 of them are negotiating with military units or filling out documents at the TCC, and one has already been called up for service.
Three citizens of other states were also interested in working in the Defense Forces – they were contacted by the International Legion.
The Ministry of Defense plans to open 27 recruiting centers in the first half of 2024. The department notes that the center will operate as an advisory and information office, which, if necessary, will provide support for the enrollment of those wishing to join the Defense Forces.
The greatest demand is observed for UAV operators, driver-mechanics, doctors, IT specialists and other categories of professions, whose knowledge and skills are needed in the State Defense Forces, the Ministry of Defense reported.
