At 2.30 am on March 19, the invaders attacked the private sector of the city with S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. Four civilians who were at home were injured. The victims were three women aged 64, 65 and 82, as well as a 58-year-old man. The Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office reported this.
The wounded were diagnosed with mine explosion injuries, bruises, concussions and broken ribs. People were provided with emergency medical care.
In addition, at least 24 households and four cars were damaged as a result of the shelling.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war – Part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on March 14, two days later in the Sumy region, the six-month number of shellings was recorded – 800 explosions occurred in the region. Local authorities said that enemy aircraft began to use guided bombs, including cluster bombs, more often.
