In an accident with a minibus in the Dnieper region, four people were killed, another 12 were injured (PHOTO)

    In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the police opened criminal proceedings following a fatal accident involving a route bus. As a result of the bus capsizing, four passengers were killed, and 12 more passengers and the driver received varying degrees of injuries.

    The accident occurred on March 17 at about 12.20 on the highway in the Novomoskovsky district. It has been previously established that the 61-year-old driver of a Mercedes Sprinter minibus lost control and drove off the roadway, causing the car to overturn.

    Investigators are now establishing all the circumstances of the accident. The driver of the minibus was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Statements on this fact were included in the ERDR under Part 3 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
