Because of the Kremlin leader’s ambitions, the population cannot be evacuated, so “civilians are dying,” the fighters said.
Legion warriors Freedom of Russia, Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK) and Siberian Battalion issued a joint appeal to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. The response video appeared on their Telegram channels.
Volunteers noted that the fighting has continued in the border regions of the Russian Federation for several days, but the Kremlin is trying to prevent the evacuation of local residents, especially for the purpose of not “clouding” the picture of pseudo-election process.
“Vladimir Putin, for several days the whole world has been watching how the Belgorod, Belgorod and Kursk regions of Russia have become a zone of active conflict. At the same time, the administration you installed, despite our repeated calls, is preventing the evacuation of the civilian population,” it said in the statement.
Volunteers emphasize that because of this, only because of the ambitions of the Kremlin leader, “civilians continue to suffer and die.”
“We call on you to stop this circus, think about the fate of innocent Russians and allow the evacuation of civilians from the combat zone. Your elections have long been a complete farce. Stop driving ordinary people who participated in your show at the polling stations under bombs and artillery shelling,” reported RDK, LSR and Siberian Battalion.
The fighters pointed out that Putin has long since lost his legitimacy, and “under the current circumstances, even the appearance of an electoral process has disappeared.”
“It is clear to everyone that Russia needs urgent and fundamental changes,” the joint statement noted.
According to the volunteers, in the Russian Federation there is a long-standing need for “a deep change in the relationship between the authorities and the people, an honest conversation about new fair social policies.”
“If you are ready to discuss the future of our country without dictatorship and authoritarianism, we, for our part, are ready for such a conversation. If you still have the courage and responsibility, contact us in a convenient way to yours,” the appeal said.
We remind you that there are explosions in Belgorod. An hour earlier, Russian volunteers announced a massive strike on military targets in the city.
