“Attention! Dear residents of Belgorod and the region! Today at 17:00 a mass strike will be carried out on military installations and positions of the Russian Armed Forces in Belgorod,” the announcement said.
Representatives of volunteer formations addressed the civilian population of Belgorod and the region, which has not yet been evacuated, in a statement.
“We urge everyone who has not been evacuated from the region to take shelter immediately!” – said the volunteers.
