The cost of evacuation ranges from 5 to 30 thousand rubles. For a fee, they also “offer” the services of “sober driver”, “Russian driver”, “VIP class seats”, etc.
An investigation by journalists showed that RCH regularly cooperates with patriotic military camps in Russia, and in January 2024, the chairman of the organization, Pavel Savchuk, signed a cooperation agreement with the Artek children’s camp in Crimea. The camp director Konstantin Fedorenko was sanctioned by the EU and the US due to the deportation of Ukrainian children.
Meanwhile, the morning of March 16 began in Belgorod traditionally – with arrivals.
