227 US citizens were added to the Russian sanctions list. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on Thursday, March 14.
It was noted that entry to Russia was closed to 227 Americans who were “involved in the development, implementation and justification of the Russophobic course of the current US administration, as well as directly involved in anti-Russian actions.”
“We are talking about specific individuals in the executive branch, the business community, the media sphere and academic circles who are routinely ‘marked’ for hostile attacks or the spread of fabricated and blatant slander about Russia’s foreign and domestic policies,” Russian Foreign. We remind you that earlier the Russian Foreign Ministry banned 347 citizens of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia from entering its territory because of the “hostile policy” of these states towards Russia.
